🌞 Does Guild Wars 2 Have Player Housing

I love player housing and decorating my own space, but when I think about home instances, the best analogue to housing that… Instanced Player housing can absolutely work in Guild Wars 2. They don't really need to add anything except decorations and giving a home instance in every biome including PoF and HoT home instance. The reason is because of home instance nodes. With a full home instances, I can taxi people in and they can admire my house while gathering my nodes. The community have been pining for player housing more or less since the inception of the game. Other MMOs have already made great strides in player housing, and it remains conspicuously absent from WoW - garrisons don’t really count. In this thread I’d like to start a conversation about what we really want from player housing, starting with my own views! Why Player Housing? Aside from the Performance, preferably with a fat engine update. Actual PvP content and proper balance 🤡. Though i know im asking for too much here. Alternatively (and this is a very selfish request), i hope they make action camera the default way to play or even make the game an action game instead of tab targetting. This game had a seperate housing area out side of the game zone. It was always populated due to being able to set up craft tables, trophy sections etc.. Also real estate was player based, and owning a deed to the land was a big market. Some houses were cheap 100k or so to fully upgrade. The game also has more traditional PvE progression via Dungeons, Fractals and Raids. Endgame in GW2 is really unique in that while there are traditional avenues there are lots of more creative, flexible non-traditional options as well. This isn't a game that sets players down linear paths. 0:24 What is a Guild?1:10 How to create a guild1:50 How to run a Guild Mission3:10 Getting a guild hall4:50 Guild Hall's starting NPC's5:20 how to donate bui With the successful launch of EoD and their newfound playerbase, they need to keep that momentum and continue to think outside the box with new gameplay and reward systems. Competing with other games for player housing would be, IMO, akin to shooting themselves in the foot. 1. 1. Both are extremely good for solos, rev has insane evasive capabilities and some good protective skills, while mesmer has clones/phantasms, blinks, invulns, short stealths. I guess it boild down to personal preference. Even if I'm currently learning mesmer because i find it interesting mechanic-wise, i prefer revenant. In WvW, low level characters are scaled up in power, but fully-geared, max-level players still have a statistical advantage. In sPvP, brand new characters have the same items and are statistically equal to max-level characters. sPvP stands for Structured PvP, and is the standard PvP mode. Would Player Housing Work in Guild Wars 2? In this video, I discuss the possibility of player housing coming in End of Dragons and different ways Arenanet co it doesn't have to be that same building. I like the layout of the manor since first time I played the dungeon and always thought this could be a great guildhall compared to almost all other buildings in the game, this is by far the most 'house/guildhall' like building I have seen. .
